Concept 2000

My name is Reynaldo,
I went to concept 2000 today 02÷02÷16 to do two things, one was to have my car photo inspected which turned out to be excellent service, and secondly to install HID lights to my ford fusion hybrid 2015. I was taken care of by Mike and explained to me that my car was very difficult to do the installation and that it would take 2 hours to complete at a $ 300 tag with a 2 year warranty which according to me it was excellent. I asked then to proceed. After almost half an hour, they asked for my keys to put the car inside and I assumed they were going to start doing the work. I went to eat lunch thinking they were working on my car. I came back an hour after and starting walking around the store to see the products they sell for future purchase if the experience would have been a great one. I even offer Mike lunch (sandwich) but unfortunately he had already sent someone to purchase lunch. So I was browsing around when I see my car parked behind the store. I asked one of the employees and confirmed it was my car and that they had not started the work. At this point it was already 2pm and had other responsibilities to attend especially those that involves the family. Mike tried to tell me the work was going to be done by two employees within one hour. I agree to his recommendation trying to give him the opportunity to make up for their mistake. Unfortunately, five minutes after, he came to me telling it was going to take an additional 30 minutes. At this point, they lost my trust and declined to proceed. I told him that he as a business man with the store being there for 20 years, should have known better than to waste my time as my time is gold as is for them specially here in NY. I was actually expecting him to tell me to come another day to do the work at a discount to retain a dissatisfied customer a potential future one. He did say to come another day plus to come early. Which kind of threw me off. Hope that they read this review and see if they accommodate me so that I can change the rating of this review.

I went to this place to get my brand new 2014 car tinted last May and everything was fin. It was a rainy day. On my way home window started going up and down by them selves. So the window didn’t want to go up more than half way. I had to leave my car in a parking lot. The next I go back to show them what happened. The guy told me its because I had the window down and the inside door prob got wet. Im like um no it was raining I had no need to have the window down. he had one of the guys put the window up and told me to take back to the dealer beause its an electronic problem but not to tell them that I had just tinted the windows because then they will blame it on him.
That never happened in the 4 weeks that I had the car.

I needed a window redone from an F’d up tint job the day before. These guys not only solved my issue with replacing the tint, but also fixed the electronics on my door, (the previous place drenched my door with water applying the tint, the door locks didnt work.)
They are complete professionals. They know customer service and treated me right. I also had them install an ipod kit for my truck, great job. I couldnt be happier with the service they provided and how cool and understanding they were.
They have a customer for life. You pay for what you get!
