this location is horrible. the customer service is horrible, the wait time is also horrible and the fact that i had to wait for over 2 hours for a pizza pie that my family and i never received is really horrible! the workers need supervision. i’ve been to the store and observed the girl that takes the orders on her cellphone texting. the rest of the staff are playing around and the cooks in the back eating while preparing the food. where is the proper supervision? this place needs to be re evaluated. did i mention that they rarely answer the phones? please do not order from this location!!!

I ordered cinna sticks and when I received them they were cold, hard, super skinny and it had a ton of cinnamon making it unbearable to eat. But the manager was really understanding and sent me really good ones super soft and probably the best I’ve ever had plus a free soda.

Poor service over the phone & in person. I strongly feel as a consistent costumer that they need a new team and new management because both suck. And there deliveries are so late while the app is telling me «let’s dig in» I still haven’t gotten my food.

This dominos is complete bullshit. orders that arrive cold and very late. when you call the store to ask where it is they don’t answer their phone. You will wait 20 minutes for them to answer before you hang up. These food places are shitty but they never close, it’s always in the poor neighborhoods. An establishment like this will never stay open in manhattan or some rich neighborhood. We have to speak up, or stop giving them our business when they treat us like shit like it’s the norm. Fuck this dominoes and all other food stores that don’t respect their customers.

(Couple of weeks ago.)
I’m never doing a take out here (let a lone order at all). I placed an order way before a couple placed their order and they got their food before I did. Five minutes later if I would have never went up to the window to find out about my order, they wouldn’t have called me. They were going to give me a free can soda (like if that was going to fix the issue) I told them I didn’t want it, took my pizza and bread sticks and left.

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered delivery from this Domino’s. Each time the delivery has taken more than an hour and a half and nobody answers the phone when I call. On top of that, when I check the online delivery tracker, it says my order arrived 20 min ago. Needless to say, this is the last time I’ll ever be ordering from these guys.

Didn’t give me my cheesy bread I ordered. Delivery guy doesn’t speak English and ignored all my phone calls when I tried to call back for the cheesy bread. Delivery took 2.5 hours. Domino’s must really be desperate for employees and business.

How can you mess up Cinnastix? It’s cinnamon powder on a hot bread… These people find a way to prove service can get worst and worst. Their phone manners are non-​existent, they mess up online orders, you call back after an hour and a half wait and their phone is disconnected… you think going in person would be better? Nope! Save yourself the aggravation.

You call at ten, they deliver at 12,
we might as well pay to deliver ourselves.
They mess up your order
and forget your drink.
i wish this place would flood and sink.

because this place is the epitome of satan,
cant you tell.
They fuss and fight over the phone,
people people please, keep the drama at home,
But theyre always hiring for some stranger reason,
i guess its just that time of season.
