Dunkin’ Donuts

Okay i get it. Not everyone in NYC is friendly. Not everyone in NYC cares if you have a great day. And then not everyone in NYC deals with the amount of stress this little indoor coffee shop produces. Needless to say, this ALL FEMALE team does in fact do their best to keep things flowing. To include getting my order and out the door in 3 minutes no matter how busy it is. I think I’ll take that then a good morning back. With that said, i commend this crew! They work hard, and hey, sometimes they smile. And when that happens, its a great day!
Keep it up ladies, you guys are doing amazing! Especially the one that never has a name tag! I commend you too! :)

I don’t know why I continue to torture myself and use this location over and over again. The employees suck with the exception of two. They don’t want to make the coffe simply because they are lazy and just don’t feel like it. Go and ask for a frozen dunkachino and they tell you flat out no the machine is broken but it’s not they just simply don’t want to go through the trouble to make it. There are days I go in and before I speak I’m told no iced coffee before I even utter a word. They have a ratchet blonde girl working there. I wish I’d record the things she says and because they are usually alone and there is not supervisor around they don’t care and do what they please. Such a shame

They need a COMPLETE turnover of employees. Everyone of their employees is miserable, lacks customer service, has a problem listening to what you are ordering and they all constantly bicker back and forth with each other, neglecting the customer who is standing right in front of them. Today, the only young man who seemed to enjoy his job (unfortunately i didn’t catch his name) was barked at by the Asian chick w the shaved undercut and long purple hair while she huffed and puffed about him to a customer. The ONLY reason I continue to come here is because of the convenience to my home and work. Hoping that management will do something to fix the problem that soooo many people deal with due to the convenience of your location.

I continually make the mistake of going here because it is close to my house. There are a few good kids that work there but it seems staff turns over quickly. They are generally disorganized, appear lazy and sometimes just flat out rude. The quality of coffee here is never consistent. The D&D on Tremont Ave by Brewskis has older more mature staff where quick and accurate service will always be found. It is quite obvious there is no strong management at this Dunkin Donuts which is a shame because the location is great.

3.5 stars. Coffee is very consistent and service is pretty good. Most of the workers know the regulars and have your coffee ready when you get to the register. Only negative is its inside a gas station. Not much room inside

As far as gas station Dunkin’ Donuts go, this is one of the best… For what that’s worth…

Typical DD… nothing special. Sometimes the lines are long and the service slow, but the coffee is always hot and that’s all that matters.
Very conveniently placed inside the gas station that I visit regularly.

It’s great when you have a place were there isn’t to many people around to crowd you when you place an order for your favorite cup of coffee.
well i found that place right around my area, where the only people that you see are the locals and not the city folks. it’s just Peace of mind.
Now they have this new coffee drink caramel apple it’s very good, its no Starbucks but it does the job. I tasted it for the first time, and i have to say it’s pretty good, once again it’s no Starbucks, but it’s good for your pockets
