Dunkin Donuts & Baskin Robbins

Service was okay. But I just paid almost $ 4 for a very small cup of caramel macchiato and its horrible. Taste like a bad cup of coffee!

Worst service ever. First of all they have a group of people who seem to hang out there everyday with no purpose. There was only one person there attending to the drive thru, while someone else just walks in from a smoke break and proceeds to joke around with the people who aren’t even purchasing anything. I stood there for 15 minutes like a statue without anyone attending to me. I walked out before I exploded. Pissed off.

Literally haven’t visited this Dunkin/​Baskin Robbins in a long time! About 3 Summers ago my cousin’s and I would walk over here every other night to grab some scoops.
Now that my car is in the shop and I have to catch the train to work I can take my time and walk down here and enjoy a good cup without rushing. It get’s busy like any other DD in the morning, loud and some days are give or take with customer service. The girls can be really friendly one morning and the next morning they hate your presence. I just laugh it off. I appreciate available WiFi while I wait in line and appreciate paying with mobile payment. They make my cups just exactly like I like and I am definitely going to grab some ice cream soon.
