History

Established in 1994.

Educating Young One’s Group Family Daycare is proud to celebrate 20 years of experience quality child care. Under the leadership of my mother, Ida Everett, founder and owner of The Continuation of a Dream Group Family Daycare I began helping and aiding with her business establishment in 1990. Ms. Ida was truly a trail blazer in early childhood development. She acquired her Bachelors degree from the The College of New Rochelle and she eventually expanded her daycare into two operational daycares within the Fordham Rd. area before retiring. Educating Young One’s has had the honor and pleasure of working with families and children since graduating from Lehman College as a social worker and minor in early childhood development. My passion is to continue my mothers dream of helping, caring, and educating our future young ones.
