I’ve been coming to this place for about 15 years. Must say that the service and food here are great.

This place is very small & jam packed. The waiters are very slow & don’t take care of their costumers very well. I been here twice & waited over an hr for a table of 4. Their speaker doesn’t even work. So if u miss ur name you’ll have to wait for the next table. The only reason why I have this place 2 star is for the night shift. My waiter was so nice & friendly. I only recommend this place for diner.

You’re better off going to your corner deli and getting a bacon egg and cheese the service was terrible the food looked under cooked and they gave me water in child sized cups.

Love this place, perfect for breakfast, the price was inexpensive for a meal for three, and service this time was pretty fast, never got impatient once which is rare when Ya haven’t eaten anything, tho it could have been the conversation I was having but oh well, the server was nice and considerate, I would definitely come again.

I went out my way to visit this I hop because of the reviews. MYBAD. The server didn’t feel the need to write down our orders, which would have been fine if he could remember the orders and not have to come back and forth to the table asking did you want this or how did you want that. The eggs tasted straight from the microwave waffles and pancakes were undercooked. Grits were grainy. Not worth the trip.

My first time here was last month after work, around 5pm on a Tuesday. I was delightfully surprised because I found this iHop to be not as ghetto as I would have expected!(Haha.this is the Bronx) I got a regular stack of pancakes with a side order of milk and was completely satisfied with my order. As that being my first time here not during a busy time, like on a Saturday or Sunday morning, I do not have much to say about the service on weekends. However, when the restaurant is not so busy(there were only three other groups in the room I was seated in), the service is excellent. I will return here sometime, but only during not-so-busy parts of the day because other reviews seem to say that service sucks otherwise.

I-Hop has my most check-ins in history, Lol. I love I-Hop. 1st time at this location and was pretty good. Upon entering I grew hesitant because it was fairly small compared to the other locations, seems to be a bit uncomfortable squeezing past people and also they were like 8 people waiting on the side so I thought it would be a very long wait. But! Not at all, the greeter was a very nice guy who seated us immediately(glad we were only a table of 2). When he directed us towards the back he even let us choose our own table. Thanks. Our waiter was also very nice, focused, and quick with our food. He checked on us often and refilled our water and coffee without being waved down. Food was good, sausage links could’ve been better but I’m not dwelling on that, ate ‘em anyway. Boyfriend’s strawberry-lemonade was exactly how he liked it. Only Negative was the family of 12 so close to us, too loud and were acting a bit of annoying but I can’t fault I-hop for that, they want to make their business and I wouldn’t like for someone to tell me to hush at a place I’m spending good money in. I’ll just try to avoid the busy days/busy weekends as much as I can. Definitely will return.

This place is disgusting in all meanings of the word. I have been to this place a few times over a few years. It used to be a good iHop and unfortunately is the only one near the city. I came here with my girlfriend a few times. Our last visit will probably be our last one ever. I ordered the Chicken with Waffles. My girlfriend got one of their club sandwiches. The food came and we started to eat. As soon as she grabbed her sandwich, she found a hair on her plate. We told the waitress and they took the order away to make another one. When the second order came, there was a burned hair on one of the fries. We called them again and we had them take everything away and we left without paying and without eating. What a disappointment. The saddest part was that we get hair in our food TWICE, in the same day and the manager didn’t even bother to offer an apology. On the way out we looked at the reason and we understood why there was hair in our food. None of the kitchen staff was wearing a hair net. The place itself is extremely dirty. Is as if they never clean. There is trash on the floors, the facilities are also not clean and the staff isn’t the friendly.

Service! Where is it. Even on a dead day you have to hunt down a server. You better order everything and get whatever u need on the first shot. Extra napkins wet naps desert just get it all in the first try. Thank good the food is decent. That’s the only reason I give this place any stars. But service is key to any successful business.

I tend to frequent this IHOP and I must say that the service is pretty good. I have to say that the service is the best that I’ve received from the IHOPs in the area. The food always comes out made to order and if something is wrong they are quick to resolve whatever the problem is. There are a few draw backs to this place and for starters the place is way too small. This place can get very busy which causes HUGE wait times and major issues in the parking lot. To me the worst is the restroom. Granted I’m not there to eat or visit the restroom but the uncleanliness of the restroom makes me wonder if the kitchen is the same way(oh I hope not). The restroom is poorly ventilated, floor seems to be always wet, the urinal stall is way to small which causes a great deal of urin to be on the floor. Understandably certain things are outside the scope of managements control due to the real estate, but take control of the things you can.

I went here on the morning of my 19th birthday, on my way to NYIT for my morning Physics class. Since I got here at 7:15AM, and ended up being the first customer for the day(no one else arrived until I left), this review may only be accurate for service during early mornings on WEEKDAYS. The guy was very nice, gave me water as soon as I was seated. He brought my food out very quickly, and it was a really good batch of chocolate chip chocolate pancakes(the stack was noticeably thicker than what I remember being served on previous visits to the IHOP in Hartsdale, Yonkers, and Pelham). Gave him a 30% tip. I’ll definitely be going back here more often when I can.

I love IHOP when the service is good. Service is pretty good here! Waiter was nice, accommodating, and pleasant. Food was exactly as expected, and even a little better than expected. My bf got some steak tips and eggs dish, steak was bangin. Location is smallll and it gets packed on weekends. They have parking but again, lot is smallll. Still, if you’re in the area, give it a try.

The food is good here but the location is too small. tables and put too close together, long wait times to be seated and they move at such fast pace, they never really fully finish cleaning the tables after the prior customer finished eating. It gets really crowded. They have parking but it only accommodates about 10 cars, so you can only imagine how hard parking in their lot is. you’re better off parking on the street. I wish they would expand this place, I really like their food

Considering this is the closest Ihop near my area my family and I often come here. We come here about once a month and it‘s always the same. Sure you have to wait in line for a few minutes but once you‘re seated it‘s like your mood changes and you feel more relaxed. Then you take a look at the menu and smile by the choices and prices Ihop has to offer. Sure the tables feel sticky sometimes when they sit you down but it‘s no big deal I mean it‘s a pancake house right? You need to have syrup there too. Anyways, the service is good and when you order what to eat the food arrives less than thirty minutes at the table. After you‘re done with your food and all set to go you leave with a smile in your face because the vibe inside is so calming-except when you have to wait in line. So, four stars(:

I’m a regular here. The servers are always friendly and accommodating. The food is great. It does get a little crowded on weekends but hey what do you expect??? The only issue I have each and everytime we go is the quality of the coffee. I am a coffee feen and can tell excellent coffee apart from bland coffee. Ihop is suppose to have the best coffee according to Zagat… lies. I always get nasty coffee. My first cup is ok but as I drink more it just turns into a nightmare. I am done giving it the benefit of the doubt. Pancakes are so good! Everything else is great!

It can be a bit crowded if you arrive on a Saturday or Sunday after about 11am but for the most part the wait staff is friendly the service reasonably fast and the food pretty decent. It’s not expensive so you can bring a good sized group with you and not go broke. I’ve gone many times and will keep returning!
