I’m torn between 1 star and 5. The food is amazing and worth every penny. The customer service on the other hand gets 0. I’ve been going to this place for over 10 years and EVERY time I’ve waited over 30 minutes to pay! They very short and never come to check on you.

Been going here for many years and the food had always been great. Customer service gets zero stars from me. My husband and I entered a d sat down at 340pm on a Sunday and been ignored until my husband put a face and was ready to say something, that was at 410. Mind you there not busy. The lady simply ignored us and kept taking everyone’s order. Cmon guys get it together

This place is a mess everytime you order they forget something is like they do not listen or enjoy messing up your order. If you specifically request something that is the one thing they won’t deliver to you. Last time ordering here

We moved away from the Bronx more than nine (9) years ago. But each time we’re there we always stop in an have a meal. Never disappointed. I have been eating at this restaurant for over twenty (20) years.

You will not be disappointed all of the cuchifritos are great– meat is always seasoned the right way. Service is quick and staff is friendly and the food is a good price. If your in the mood for Latin food it would be wise to order from J&J’s.
