Rude and uncaring treatment –useless appointment. His first words to me were not a greeting but a cold, «Why are you here?» I explained I had been referred by primary care because of irregular EKG and that my records were available on his computer system. I did not know because I didn’t know what the tests (stress/​ultra sound/​ekg) indicated. He said he had no time to search for my records and that I should tell him why I was there. He never asked me any questions about my health, never examined me. Just angry attitude and looked at records, no discussion or explanation, and told me to go.
