I will never come back to this place! Doctors are pretty good and professional, but service you get at the reception is that terrible that you never want to deal with them again. They are rude, unprofessional, incompetent, give you wrong information about your insurance coverage, schedule your appointment for the day when your doctor is not even there (and you find it out only when you already at the place) — i went through all of this. If you want to avoid this needlessly stress — stay away from this place.

The receptionists don’t like to call when they say they will. Several times. Over the span of a month. Also, sometimes there’s no voicemail/​answering machine. Apparently we’re still in the 1980’s.
Good equipment, ok everything else, but seriously. The reception is the first face of service you get, and they should be good. But they’re not. I was ready to go down there and make a scene because it took over a MONTH to set appointments that they were supposed to call & set me up for.
