Lehman Auto Driving School

First off I was greeted with an attitude, customer service is poor, and i was told about any information, i then was speaking to him, and i couldn’t hear him because of the loud music and he caught an attitude. I wanted the best package 179, after dealing with him he started to frustrated me because of his lack of professionalism. I then ask for my money back, right there and he tells me he has to take 10 dollars, i didn’t sign any agreement to those tes, we didn’t get to that point because I wanted to get out of there. It’s a waste of time going there, customer service must improve, i prefer you to go to first driving school, extremely better customer service.

I was just walking by and wanted to inquire about something, and I was greeted with an attitude. An that’s just me asking something. I can’t speak on how they do business, but if that’s how it is from first encounter then if I wanted to get driving lessons, I wouldnt go here, I don’t care how cheap it is. Sorry peeps

Terrible customer service. The head instructor was then trying to negotiate a price with me, even though the website has a $ 30 special for August. He also came late, rude. Will definitely not recommend it to anyone. One of the girl that was watching the movie, killed a roach that was crawling on the wall.

All they want is your money. Do not waste your time. They have really bad customer service and the teachers don’t know what they are doing.

This place needs to work on their customer service.
1. This place offers lessons in Spanish and English, which is great since its location is in a Spanish and English speaking community. I am bilingual young woman, however, when I registered for my first driving lesson I was given an instructor who ONLY spoke Spanish. That bothered me because although I understand Spanish, I never asked for my lesson to be in completely Spanish. I let it go but made it a point for the next time to request someone who spoke English. I made the appointment for the second lesson and requested an English speaking person and I was told ok, no problem. I arrive to my second lesson and in what language does the man speak to me? You guessed it, Spanish. Ridiculous.
2. I took the five-​hour defensive driving lesson and guess what language that was in? Spanish again. My problem with that was there was a woman who did not speak or understand a word of Spanish there. When the instructor found out about this, he said he would translate. However, his translations were more like after thoughts. He would give a whole two-​minute speech in Spanish then at the end he remembered he had to translate for the woman. He only translated the last sentence he said in Spanish into English. It just baffled me how inconsiderate he was to her.
3. I really liked my second driving instructor, Ramon. He was kind and patient. So after that lesson, I requested him for all my remainder driving lessons and was told ok, no problem. Well, that was not the case. They would assign me to another instructor and say oh well if you want Ramon, you have to wait an extra hour! Excuse me???
4. Don’t expect your lesson to start on time. I always waited at least 15 – 20 minutes for my lesson to start. Their response for the wait… oh your instructor is on his way. YEA RIGHT!!!
5. The deal I bought said I get to pick the car I would drive for the road test. I told the man in person the car I wanted to drive. He said ok, no problem. The day of my test arrived and I did not get the car that I had requested.
At this point I was so annoyed with this place, I figured why complain? Get the test over with and leave this place behind. Which is exactly what I did.
If you want what you paid for and do not care about the customer service, then go this place!
If you want what you paid for and great customer service, then do not bother coming here.
