Lily’s Nails

I go there for gel manis, some techs are good some are horrible. They do not honor appointments. They have one or two good people who actually know how to do nails, if you get one of the other ones your screwed.

Honestly, they do good work and the prices are good, fair and reasonable. As with any nail salon some techs are better than others, but that’s everywhere. My biggest complaints are: They are unapologetic and completely uninterested in not honoring appointments. If you’re appointment is at noon and someone comes in at 11:30 for a mani/​pedi, your appointed tech will take the customer knowing full well that they won’t finish in time for you. Then you’ll hear 30 minutes of «5 minute.» So, its all about the money, and I understand that as well, but an appointment is an appointment. Another thing that bothers me (and this might just be me): I consider this «me» time for relaxation. They have quite a few customers who come in the front door announcing at the top of their lungs that they’ve arrived! Yelling hellos to all the techs and laughing hysterically at everything they themselves say. I find this jarring. I have no problem with them only speaking Chinese, and I’m sure they’re talking about me, but quite frankly I don’t care about that either. So, my rating is based on the fact that they’ve kept me waiting for 30 minutes or more than I’d like. As for the hair salon, I see a review here for Andrea. Congrats Andrea. I’d also like to recommend Vicki. I’ve been really pleased with her.
