I have some qualms about rating a physician as I would a coffee shop or restaurant, however since I know many people check Unilocal or other such services before choosing a doctor I wanted to share my thoughts about this exceptional physician and his team. Dr. Morrow is one a a rare and special group of doctors. He is intelligent, up to date on current research, considerate and genuinely seems to enjoy working with patients. What really makes Dr. Morrow truly special is that he treats his patients as equal partners in their healthcare. Unlike many healthcare professionals he is not condescending; he not only listens to what I have to say but responds to my concerns and questions using language that is professional and answers based in research. He respects what I had to say and doesn’t seem to find my questions either silly or inconvenient. Additionally, Dr. Morrow doesn’t use medical jargon nor does he speak down to me. Like all good physicians he runs over occasionally and I have found myself waiting to be seen for longer than I might like. However I know he spends as much time with me as I need during the appointment and I know that doing so can cause a schedule to get a bit out of whack. Appointments have been easy to make and the staff in his office are professional and really nice. Everyone has a sense of humor and treats patients with respect. In all seriousness, this is a man who takes his profession to heart. He’s a terrific doc and recommend his practice to anyone looking for medical care in and around Riverdale.

Bob Morrow is a very smart guy and a good doctor. However, the practice part of his medical practice is poorly run. His hours are erratic. Even if you have an appointment, you will wait up to 45 minutes even if the waiting room is relatively empty. He insists that you see him for an appointment and an exam before he will sign a referral to a specialist. He’s a good guy but everything about his practice is super inconvenient.
