I stopped buying chicken because of this supermarket. A few times I had to return the chicken because it smelled bad. The last time I bought some chicken thighs I was sick for two days. It must have contained salmonella. The prices are ridiculously high given that the Bronx is the poorest county in New York State.

nice supermarket everything is very clean and all the good products are there I like to diet a lot and I always look for products that are very good and they have it all but not only that I was looking for A product that I could not fine and I spoke to the supervisor supervisor was very nice he told me he will order it for me that was very nice of him staff is very nice

Three blocks from the crib, it’s a handy spot to find a surprising array of vegan-​friendly munchies (think kale chips, Ginger-O’s, packaged veggie bhajias & samosas, Vanilla Almond Bark Tofutti, those San Pellegrino fizzy lemonades) without having to swipe my MetroCard. Latin produce game is also respectable – 9 times out of 10, I will cop my sofrito ingredients here.
That said, & as another reviewer mentioned, prices can be a little steep for doing your regular compra. When I’m not too lazy to haul ass to Whole Foods, I could snag two half-​gallons of their store brand (organic!) soymilk for little more than what I’d pay for one of Silk here.
Also, they refrigerate their tomatoes. Poor form, Morty.

While is definitely great to have this supermarket near the house, I only come here when I’m looking for specialty food items. This area is very limited when it comes to finding healthy food options and I usually have a better shot at finding those things at Morton’s. This supermarket is expensive for regular shopping and they hardly have any good promotions.
This location has a hot and cold food bar, refrigerated prepared meals and a deli inside.
