I got a Brazilian wax today and was very great, i was very fascinated, very good attention and execellent service!

I live in yeh area and I’m always looking for hidden gems — this was not exactly a hidden gem. The owner Jaru greets you at the entrance with a smile — but her next words were «oh you’re early — the room isn’t even ready!» I knew I was early but any decent spa should offer a basic comfortable waiting area and refreshments. I came here to relax but felt like I was stressing them out.
I’m going to skip straight to the facial itself because I want to make sure it’s not looked over by readers.
The water was cold, the owner (who did the facial) kept interrupting the session by addressing outside issues and the products smelled.
To make it even worse — i wasn’t asked anything about my expectations or requirements and when I went out of my way to tell her I’m allergic to one of the key ingredients in most anti acne creams — the owner replied «we use high quality products» signifying to me that she had no idea what she was talking about. When my skin started to feel like it was on fire — we figured out that the ingredient was in the mask she put on my face. Completely clueless. The owner herself seems kind — but has no concept of what a spa should look like and act like.
That said, her extractions were thorough — despite the fact that she did not use vapor to open my pores which made the whole ordeal extremely painful (and I have high pain tolerance). For that she gets two stars.
I would not recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable and professional experience. You won’t see me back here again

Just had my first armpit lightening session and I can already see a huge difference. Totally look forward to the end result in 5 weeks. Service was outstanding. Definitely recommend it :)

Came here one time for a Brazilian and the results were great. No bumps, no pain (hardly any), and the growth has been slow. I came when they were under staffed and STILL the service was great. Def recommend for waxing. I haven’t tried a haircut yet but I will.

Got a Brazilian wax today and it was great experience. The staff was friendly and really made the everything as smooth as possible. I will definitely return again.

I just went for a LAST MINUTE Brazilian wax! They were very nice and quick about it ! Pleasant music playing to help relax. The lady was informative and the staff was very friendly.

I feel bad writing this because the people that work there are so nice and welcomed me very nicely. The massage experience was not to my liking at all. There was no technique, no flow, no consistency. It felt very choppy and disconnected. It wasnt massage at all. I will never go back there

Had a deep tissue massage with Fabiola and it was great. She was very sweet and was very attentive. The facility was very clean. Also had a facial with a chemical peel done by the owner Narcisa and my skin feels so much healthier. Definitely recommend the place. Reasonably priced, not fancy but it’s convenient and the service was good.
