History

Established in 1990.

Frustrated, I started working out of my basement after being fired from my last job at Penn Plaza, 34^th street, NYC. I used my unemployment checks to put an ad in the yellow pages. Of course in the begining I was learning the do’s and dont’s of the business and I made a few mistakes but now with a staff of four and over twenty years of practice I have a lot of experience to handle almost any situation.

City college graduate, licensed in New York, New Jersey and Maryland .My practice is private, mostly residential and commercial. I am also a licensed general contractor and a construction superintendent. Being self-​employed has allowed me to be relaxed without fear of being laid off, productive as I will work for as long as it takes to complete a task and it gives me a sense of accomplishment.
