Clean place. Okay selection.
Even though they didn’t have what I wanted they helped me pick out something else and happily answered questions I had.
Bought shoes for work, two bundles of socks.
Would go here again they had a couple sales.

This is the place to go if you need inexpensive back to school shoes or sneakers. Always happy with the prices here. Store is clean and store employees are so helpful. They even take your shoe boxes to the front while you still shop so you don’t have to carry them. Sign your email up and you get great discounts and coupons.

I don’t visit this location a lot. The general selection in most Payless locations is lacking… I went to this location to return/​exchange an online purchase.
The woman *(black) who helped me was actually very helpful and polite. I was expecting a bit of attitude or to be rushed. She took my returns and told me to take my time and pick out something if I wanted to exchange. I looked around for about 15mins and finally settled on a few pairs of shoes. When I went back up she checked me out no sweat.
I don’t know if I’ll be back any time soon, but that polite and efficient help would definitely bring me back if I’m in the area again.
*I only denoted her ethnicity because the other employees there were Hispanic and not very helpful when I was asking about a specific shoe in a specific size. They were conversing amongst themselves in Spanish and left the helpful woman on register alone in the front. That’s the cause for 4 instead of 5 stars. The shoe selection would bring a solid 3.
