Saifyah Bakery is what I’d like to think of as an artisanal bakery. The cakes show real aritstry, there is a lot of care put it into each one — each one is as much of a work of art as a treat.
The business is a family-​run one and they make a great team. To say «they bake with love» may be a cliché, but you can always tell the difference between a bunch of workesr rotating in and out of a standard bakery and a family-​run one.
Their cakes are outstanding, but ask for the flan. It is decadence. I had to *actually* sit down. I was lucky enough to try a piece shortly after they opened.
I just learned they have pizza, time I get back out there.
