This place sucks. they will take you money. and mess up your bike. keep riding don’t even stop there. They stink.

Went here with the intention to purchase a vulcan 900 for 6000 with a 1000 down payment and walked out with nothing. Not the fault of the sales people but the financing company Synchrony Bank which is basically CareCredit GE Bank subsidiary. Was not able to finance $ 5000 with a average credit score. I decided to go to Harley where the bike I bought was twice as much but got better options with financing since Harley works with many banks instead of just one. Gears here are overpriced so I would order online. It seems like they don’t sell many bikes on financing but full price pay. Wouldn’t recommend buying a bike from here to be honest because it seems like the sales people aren’t enthusiastic about financing since probably 90% of people wanting to finance don’t get approved anyway so they see it as a lost cause. Dealer needs to open up their financing options with several banks if they expect to make business in my opinion.

Took the bike for a dyno tune. After it was done, went to pick it up, one of the staff was very friendly but on the other hand the person that I needed to talk to did not even acknowledge me, was on the phone. After he finished with his phone call, again did not even acknowledge me, just told me the cost of the job done on the bike. I was not even given a receipt and I was not explained all the details of what was done to my bike. Really bad customer service. If I could give no star I would. I would highly suggest retraining the staff in customer service skills or at least some of their staff. Would never go back there.

Drove down from Rockland County on a cold Wednesday afternoon to check out the shop for work on my Honda. Dark, warehouse setting, banners in the walls, with bikes packed handlebar to handlebar, and a small accessories/​gear section in the corner. I spoke with two guys over the counter about servicing my bike, one was Andrew, the Service Mngr. I got short replies, basically how much it cost and to call to set up an appointment before the busy season starts. When asked about the service area, I got the «point & look» reply, he never moved from the spot the whole conversation. Not impressed with me having to play twenty questions to learn about the shop, even after I told them how far I drove to see them. I stopped at question 5. I started looking at the bikes for a while & no one came over to speak with me. I’ll pass.

Save your money and time! They took $ 220 for regular bike check and they didn’t even bother to check air filters. One month later I found one filter completely destroyed. They did’t touch carbs. I specifically instruct them to check the charging, they said it’s OK, a few weeks later I had to change the stator. They are lazy and extremely superficial. Do yourself a favor and find another service.
