This company is completely incompetent. I took a day off to have a tech come to my apartment to look at a wall unit, which I specified when booking the appointment. The guy showed up 10 minutes before the end of the 4 hour window, walked in, said he was not a specialist in wall units and they would need to send someone else a few days later. Absolutely do your business elsewhere.

Worst company ever! They fixed my A/​C unit last October haven’t used my unit since yesterday doing the same exact thing it did last year. Called the office heather the girl that answer the phone is probably the meanest bitch I’ve ever talked to. Tells me there going to charge me again to fix my unit!!! Well if you fixed it right the first time I would have this problem. Seriously stay away!!!

I had such an awful experience with these people it makes my skin crawl. They were sent to me through PC Richard to repair my AC. The only problem is that they didn’t even try to fix it. They accused me of using the wrong screws during the installation and said their was nothing they could do. I told them that I used the exact screws that came with the unit and followed the instructions to a tee. I also told them that I have another identical unit that hadn’t been installed yet so they could see the instructions and the screws that were provided — they refused even look. Rude and awful people and I hope PC Richard drops them asap.
