TM Baseball & Softball Training Academy

I wish I could give it ZERO stars but unfortunately I can’t. This place is overrated and overpriced. Went there in mid-​February last year and all I got was a bunch of lies from hypocrites. Before visiting I was referred there by a man named Rich who told me he would assist me with my registration there. He told me the prices on the brochure I got there were misleading and that I would end up getting less hours of training than promised. He even promised to help me register at a discounted rate so I wouldn’t have to spend more to train there, and he even told me he’ll see my dad on an agreed upon date. But when my dad went there on that specific day he was a no-​show, and when I tried to tell him what Rich said to me the other day he didn’t believe me. So we tried calling him and when he answered the phone he responded to us with an attitude. I don’t quite remember what he said, but it was just enough to convince him that it’s not worth our money. I went to the Van Cortlandt Baseball League a few weeks later and their practice sessions are way cheaper yet just as intensive (I even got to play for them over the summer). TM Baseball Academy is a scam that’s preying on less skilled ballplayers from working-​class families who are just looking for a place to practice the sport they love – AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

Overrated place that charges premium fees for something you can get for free at a good little league organization, Very small place. Advertises clinics for kids to get advance training, you pay the high fees because you want it for your kid and you go there, the advance coach they advertise is a no show, they put a sub coach who has no clue in baseball training or a over the hill coach who tells you they have all this experience of college coaching they have and it’s really nothing. There is no such thing as a beginners baseball clinic here, they pack the clinic with older advance kids with the younger ones (beginners) and they don’t learn anything. Your kid can get hurt like that. Look around before wasting your money here.
