This walgreens wasnt bad they had helpful employees and they are nice and clean and well organized the store was well stocked and had alot to offer. I didnt get a chance to visit the pharmacy but that will probably be my next adventure

I came to take passport photos. I used to be a photo tech for another company, so I know that it does not take all that long to take them. The new tech is here not even TRYING to get the photos done, he is instead chitchatting with some random female friend of his. She is here to print pictures but you can tell he is jist wasting time with her. The manager on duty is walking around like he is the kingnin his castle and has YET to address my just standing here on my phone. And I am sure they can see that nothing is getting done but I guess mediocre welcome below mediocre. If I hadn’t already taken my picture I would leave this instant.
Update: i called customer service and they relayed it to the store manager. I got my photos redone for free and they awarded me points. I still do not go into that location because as someone who works in the field shoddy service is unforgiveable. But kudos to the manager for trying, and feel free to go.
