I am a Certified Professional Life Coach who will enthusiastically and creatively partner with you to identify your goals and support you in the journey toward achieving those goals. My specialities include, but are not limited to: organization, business and family communication, identifying life priorities and decision making, life transitions (especially parenthood), work/​life balance and spirituality. As your coach, I would help you optimize your performance on the job and in life situations, thus enhancing the overall quality of your life. I employ a supportive and nonjudgmental coaching style that is committed to helping you achieve your life goals.

History

Established in 2014.

I have been informally involved in the coaching arena for years and also have volunteered in that capacity. I obtained my certification this year and have since begun to coach on a professional level.

Business Owner

I bring a wealth of life experience to my coaching practice. As a former Central Intelligence Agency analyst, I honed excellent written and oral communication skills. As a full-​time mother and homemaker, I effectively managed every aspect of running a household and overseeing family activities. As a para educator for the school system, I have developed outstanding listening skills and empathy for others. And, as a volunteer Court Appointed Special Advocate for a child in foster care, I am part of a collaborative team assisting a youth in transitioning to adulthood within the framework of our social services system. I enjoy reading, gardening, music, movies and planning parties in my spare time.
