I have been a loyal customer of this Boston Store for a long time. I’ve used this store to purchase clothes for myself and various gifts. I think the place is all around great but there are quite a few foundational problems with Boston Store Bön Ton and Yonkers in general. The first and most obvious as a customer is… there is nowhere to check out. If you actually want to buy something it is very inconvenient to try and find someone to check you out. When you do it’s usually someone between their mid 50’s to 60’s who has no idea how to use the computer or they tell you that you should come back and buy during the«yellow tag sale on Thursday!». The coupons and advertising could be better positioned to attract new customers. Watch out for the goodwill sale though it’s always a good time to get a coupon! Good luck Bön Ton!

Not a fan of this B.S. service is always soooo slow. Just waited 15 min to check out for one person in line. Selection here for men is also pretty limited compared to other stores.

My first time at Boston Store, needed some Bobbi Brown foundation and was helped by Kate. Super great experience, she’s very knowledgeable and did a nice natural look on me. Most of my makeup is Bobbi Brown so I’ll definitely be back.

I love me some Boston store! I take my entire family here when ever they need anything. But sadly they don’t carry plus size men’s stuff and that is where they lose their star with me. Also their bedding section isn’t as nice as Macy’s bedding section.

What a horrible experience. After deciding to finally purchase quality couches I worked with a clerk who guided me away from a fabric I was familiar with to the one I chose. She also encouraged me to purchase the furniture protection plan. Within 2 – 3 months of being delivered the fabric began pilling. When I called the customer service they sent out a guy who said there was nothing wrong with it and offered to «shave» the pilling. I went back to the manager of customer service who told me that pilling is considered normal wear and tear on fabric and there is nothing they can do. That was my last purchase from Boston Store Furniture Gallery.

We purchased 2 leather recliners and bought the extended warranty. We were told that any damage which happened to the leather would be repaired for 7 years. Cat scratches we asked? Anything. Well, you know the rest. We have been notified that the damage to the leather is not covered. I asked the technician what IS covered? If a child would mark the leather with a pen, but not if a child uses a marker. Just about everything else is not covered. The sales person lied to us and now he’s gone. Never again!!!

I love this Boston Store. I visit my mother once a week from out of town, and we have made Boston Store at Brookfield Square our go to place. The deals and the customer service are fantastic. The selection whether you are looking to purchase for a child, man or a woman is fantastic. This Boston Store also carries the higher end clothing lines. That is a perk for any woman. Keep up the great work!!!

Being vegan and shopping for rugs is kind of annoying. Not in the way that you have to listen to me kvetch, but that most rugs of any quality are either wool or silk. Fortunately we found this place, and they had many nice rugs made from various plastics. They felt very soft, and apparently keep very well. We got a few that were on sale twice: Once for a general rug sale, and second for being at the store and not special orders. The staff were friendly and helped lug everything to our car. The cats haven’t destroyed the rugs yet, so I think we’re good. I’ll be back for more sometime I’m sure.
