Calico Corners

Wow. That’s all I can say. I had no idea there was a store like this in the area.
If I known I could have stopped by here to find fabric to reupholster my furniture, or make some matching throw pillows or window treatments. Calico Corners has some beautiful fabrics in nearly every price point and color. And to make sure the look is complete, there’s matching trim, thread and accessories.
Although there’s fabric in nearly all price levels, it didn’t take me long to figure out that the fabrics I liked the best were priced a bit beyond my comfort level. The triple digit cost per yard quickly had me circling to the more budget-​friendly line of fabrics that were also beautiful.
I spent some time looking at the books and listening to the employees help the other customers make fabric decisions. I was impressed with how well they were able to offer suggestions and assist in the decision making.
CC is a type of store that will overwhelm you with options, but there’s a friendly face to help you every step of the way.
