The employees were helpful in answering my questions! For that, 2 stars! They deserve at least that! Otherwise they tried too hard for a sale. I obviously was looking for something a bit more custom and they couldn’t do it so when I declined they got more pushy toward something that was «good enough». «Good enough» is not a good answer when you are willing to spend a couple thousand dollars on the PERFECT piece of sentimental jewelry for a lover. No thanks Shaw’s!

Very helpful and pleasant, efficient and got the jewelry cleaned and check and I even bought a little something, in and out in no time!
