Worst service department I have ever been too. Bought a truck from them used and in less then 3 months and less then 2000 miles my truck was in the shop more then I had it myself rarely with no rental. Half the stuff was not under warranty. Spent nearly $ 3000 out of pocket for non warranty repairs. Lack of calling to keep me updated on my truck. Was told that they would not fix issues they caused. Told me used trucks have issues that’s that. What BS all I ever buy are used cars/​trucks never had so many issues. They said they inspected/​performed certain things and when I go to check nothing was done. Stephanie Soerens said the next time I brought it in things would be better and so I tried again and guess what another horrible experience and this time when we left the dealer less then 18 miles driven and the leaf springs snap and rip a hole in the bed of my truck and almost cause us to crash and they brushed it off as not their fault after they clearly told me and shows on paperwork that it was inspected thoroughly… never will I go back there for warranty or repairs I will only go for my free oil changes with my own filter that is it. 3 months of ownership and my truck has been in the shop a total of 41 days and currently is in another shop from crappy work Soerens did.
Sales however was the best experience I have ever had but service and owner was horrible. None of my problems ever resolved in a timely manner always blaming something or someone else but themselves.

I purchased my focus back in 2011 and I had a great costumer service from the staff. The whole process was painless, and they gave me all the available discounts and savings. Unlike the other comments, I have never had a bad experience in the service department in the past either, but it has been a few years since I have been to that dealership, and I know things can change very quickly.

So apparently Sorens can complain enough to Unilocal about reviews to get them removed. No worries… I can relay my experience without pointing a spotlight to the recreational narcotics habit of an employee there.
Caught a service advisor trying to rip off my wife. Telling her why her parts are not covered under warranty when they were. No worries… everything was replaced at another dealership. Under warranty.
Prior to that we were told our trade in was worth half of what it was going for at the auction. Apparently this buyer could buy my car «All day long» for that price. Gm made 1200 of this car… ever! Also i was told a 780 credit score is average to below average and that is why the finance rate was 8.3% for 48. Funny… our bank was at 2.2%.
I will never go back. Lesson learned.

I recently bought a car from Soerens, my first grown up car as I like to call it, and Tina was a great help! She was friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable during one of the biggest purchases a person makes in their life.
I would definitely recommend my friends and family choose Soerens when buying their next car.

This review is regarding the service department. I scheduled an oil change package (oil change, tire rotation, etc) online over a week ago for a 7am appointment. When I checked in at the service desk, I was told that a technician would not be here for at least 30 minutes and my car will not be ready for 1.5 hours! This is not the first bad experience I’ve had with this service team. Going forward I will have my Ford serviced at another — albeit more inconvenient — location. Their tagline is «Home of the Nice Guys.» I prefer home of the competent guys.

I recently purchased a new F-​150 from Soerens and was very happy with the buying process and my new vehicle until there was a leak in the third tail light that stained my interior headliner. I took the truck to Soerens for the factory warranty work. when the Body Shop finished ‘fixing’ my vehicle not only were the stains not removed but there was the addition of a cigarette butt sized burn hole in the head liner from where a heat gun threw a spark and started the headliner on fire. Upon calling the body shop I was told by the Body Shop manager and the service manager that they would NOT replace the headliner they ruined and that they would «patch» the burn and re-​treat the stain on the headliner. I was told they would not replace the headliner because it would be at the cost of Soerens and not Ford Motor Company. AVOID this service department at all costs; they are not at all concerned with the quality of their work or satisfaction of their customers. All they care about is their bottom line, and they are not afraid to admit it.
