Steve is easily the worst agent I have ever worked with. In the 2 years that I used him, he charged me inaccurate amounts for my auto premiums, would rarely answer his phone/​return calls, and could not provide thorough/​complete answers to questions I had regarding my policies. Save yourself the frustration and find a new agent.

Steve set up my policy incorrectly and continued to automatically take money out of my account. I immediately addressed it and he told me that I would get a refund. After calling and emailing for 5 months, still no refund. To add insult to injury, he told me this week I was not due a refund. I’m so glad I have written correspondence providing proof. This guy is incompetent. The only business he should be allowed to run is a lemonade stand. Do no use this guy. He doesn’t follow up and its clear he doesn’t understand the basics of insurance.
