I had a mouse problem and called them. Only to have a completely unprofessional slob show up at my place and actually make the problem worse. Instead of calling them back for the 25 dollar fee I figured it’d be best to cut my losses and call a legit company. When the new exterminator he came in and pointed out to me everything that was done wrong and in some cases completely illegal. The new exterminator explained exactly what was going on and proceeded to fix the problem. This was a waste of 175 dollars and I really want to let everyone know to not bother.
The reason I called in the first place was due to the 18 all positive reviews on google. After investigating further its pretty clear they were all written by the owner.

Zero stars would be more appropriate, but I want to write the review!
I called this company for clients of mine (I sell real estate) that needed to obtain a termite estimate to negotiate an inspection item. I made it clear on the phone that they did not need an inspection, because they already knew where the termites where, they just needed an estimate.
The gentleman arrived and right off the bat he starts telling me that I’ve got to give him a good review on Unilocal… before he had even done anything! During his «inspection» he is slamming «Terminex» (the company), going on and on about how they are crooks. This was awkward, since all I could think was that’s who we should have called. He then goes on to write up an inspection and bill my clients for an inspection that we specifically had not requested. My clients and I were confused and began explaining the situation/​argue with him about billing them.
At the end of the day my client paid the guy. I felt awful. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The guy spraying the chemicals has clearly been affected by the poisons. He’s a total lunatic, unhelpful, and verbally abusive.

We thought we had bed bugs and called this company to verify and treat. They misdiagnosed the problem (we actually had a different pest), treated us horribly (practically abusively), and then refused to give us any money back when we called and explained they treated the wrong problem. Save your money!
