My name is Arthur Deych and I truly believe that I am the best in the Metro Boston area in selling homes for top dollar and helping buyers find the home they want for less. My skills in negotiation are only matched by the care and effort I put into helping my client get the most for their money.

I have 10 years of Real Estate Experience in Boston and am in my early 30’s, Energetic, straight forward and hardworking. If you read my yelp reviews then you will see that I am easy to get along with and put give my heart to this career.

Although buying a home is a wonderful time in someones life my goal is to take away the feeling of concern in the decision making process. I never am a pushy broker, I am honest and I genuinely want to take care of you and your family.

As for selling your home. My intension is to benefit my client soley no matter if the home is being sold out of necessity, divorce, tax exchange, investment or any other reason. I have your best intention in mind

History

Established in 2004.

I started in Real Estate working for a small local Boston company before I even finished college. Within a year I was managing the offices and over the course of 5 years we grew the company to 5 offices, management company and development team.

I then took my business to the sales and leasing side of the business rather than diversifying myself with many different specialties. This worked out as I preformed at a high level getting awarded «Broker of the year» 3 straight years.

In 2011 I joined my team at Re/​max Select and have been happy with my new team and co-​workers. I grew my business even farther on a higher more competitive stage being awarded «most transactions in 2011». In 2012 I again was awarded «most transactions» and also became the highest grossing agent and one of New England’s «top 25 agents of September».

I look forward to a brighter and better future working with great families and clients for a long time to come.

Let me just start out by saying that If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My fiancé and I just moved into our home that Arthur helped us purchase. To put it quite simply: as first time home buyers in this market, without Arthur’s expertise, we would not have been able to get this incredible home. He provided us with guidance, educated advice and patience (he also answered all of our stupid questions without any hesitation.)

Arthur is great! My boyfriend and I were looking for an apartment in the Brookline/​Brighton area with a specific price range and a set list of requirements. We saw a lot of places before we worked with him, and other agents were just showing us the same thing over and over again that wasn’t what we wanted. Arthur didn’t try to sell us on apartments we weren’t interested in. When we saw something we didn’t like, he asked us for specifics on why to find a better place to look at next.
Arthur blew us away. He found a place that was perfect and much better than anything we expected. Not only is it huge and within our budget, but it also has laundry in the unit! Plus, it only took two trips.
