Billy Ward Playground

Nice playground with a small water feature.
We’ve had a few picnics there and it’s the perfect space. A few more picnic tables would be nice, but there’s plenty of grass space and there are 2 separate playgrounds. The structures could use some updating, but overall it’s a nice little park.

Quiet little park, but has all the right features: water feature ringed by mature trees (very important on hot summer days), sandbox for tots, another sandbox with a play house, play area with toboggans and climbing structures. All very clean and nice looking. No shared toys, but you can bring your own. A couple of picnic tables are there, too. This park is a hidden gem. I just wish there were more children there when we visited (after work hours).
