We were new to the Brookline area and needed a good realtor we could trust when buying a house. Miro was PERFECT. I am not exaggerating. She was very knowledgable on the area… She knew the market, what the house would go for and how to best negotiate. Every time we didn’t listen to her recommendation we ended up not getting the house. So finally we decided yo listen and trust her and we got a house :) She knows her stuff. Miro was also very conscious of protecting us making sure we did the right checks and that we asked the right questions. And best of all she has a great personality. She never rushed us or made us feel like we were wasting her time even after we looked at houses every weekend for 3 months straight. I will recommend Miro to everyone I know that is looking to buy. I trust her completely. You can’t go wrong with her.

Fitkova Realty helped us buy our first home this June. Miro was exceptionally efficient and warm. We flew in from out-​of-​town in April. Miro showed us condos most of the day, helped us quickly gather information, advocated for us constantly, and thus allowed us to feel comfortable putting an offer in that very same evening! Fitkova Realty then quickly communicated through the price negotiation phase, and has efficiently led us through through every subsequent step, allowing us to close 1.5 months after first viewing the condo. We definitely recommend Fitkova Realty and would gladly work with Miro and Chantelle again if we ever need real estate agent services in the future!
