I received a massage fro Karen after a very tough 95 mile bike ride. Before the massage both of my legs were cramping badly almost whenever I moved. If I tried to stretch my quads my hamstrings would cramp, and if I tried to stretch my hamstrings my quads would cramp.
Karen started massaging my legs gently to get the blood flowing and eventually my legs began to relax. As my legs relaxed Karen went a little deeper until she was able to get at the tightness. She kept at it, loosening the muscles little by little. As she worked she tested my legs often my moving them testing to see if induce a cramp. Eventually all the cramping went away and I was able to get up and walk away from the massage table pain and cramp free.
I highly recommend Karen to anyone whether or not they are an athlete.
