History
Established in 2009.
Law Office of Ariana Kushak is your friendly local ”go– to” law office when you need legal help. It started when Attorney Kushak was asked to help a friend of hers with a very complex and pressing family law matter –an acrimonious dispute with an ex-spouse regarding paying child support and child custody (where the children were going to live and and when and where they were going to visit the other parent. Attorney Kushak has successfully resolved the case and since then started concentrating on family law matters. Over time, the office started handling wills, trusts and other estate planning matters as well as probate litigation and general litigation with a focus on consumer protection matters.
