History

Established in 2006.

With a background in organization and management P.O.S.H. founder and organizing expert, Heidi Solomon, launched P.O.S.H. to provide expertise in professional organization services and consultation to customers in the private home, small business and corporate sectors. She earned the prestigious distinction of being a Certified Professional Organizer® (CPO®) in April 2008.

Heidi is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO), the New England Chapter of NAPO (NEPO), the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of NAPO (NAPO-​SFBA) and the The National Study Group on Chronic Disorganization (NSGCD).

Heidi has developed her own holistic organizing philosophy based on years of experience managing business operations combined with the centuries old philosophies enshrined in Feng Shui and Buddhism. Heidi’s key focus is to design systems that meet the unique needs of each client.

After realizing a strong need to help clients transform their lives, Heidi Solomon founded P.O.S.H. /​Professional Organizing Services by Heidi, to help busy people live successful organized lives, one person at a time.

Heidi has been helping individuals create better living spaces for almost 15 years. She specialized in organizational management at several non-​profits and the Investment Banking Division of Credit Suisse First Boston where she transformed the effectiveness of business by finding synergies and operational efficiencies across the finance, accounting and staffing functions.

She served as the Associate Member Chair and as a member of the Board of Directors in the New England Chapter of The National Association of Professional Organizers and she also served as a member of the Executive Committee for the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Museum of Women in the Arts. She has also published articles in Organize Magazine.
