Sean did a great job for us. He painted our apartment a few years ago and the first floor of our new house in September. He is responsive, respectful, reasonably priced, and went out of his way to meet our needs. His work is first rate.
We requested a specific paint (low VOC) and it was a struggle to get it to cover the old moss green color. Sean investigated the product and found that multiple contractors were complaining about the poor hiding quality of this product. Sean put 3 coats (which should have been plenty) and we felt the green was still coming through in a few places.
Sean came back on a Sunday morning, missing a trip to the pumpkin patch with his kids, and put a forth coat on our living room walls.
I have passed Sean’s names along to friends and family and I will continue to do so. If I have to pay someone to paint my walls, I like the idea of giving my money to a guy like Sean.
To the bad reviewer: The guy is busy working… you are not his only client. Things changes and schedules shift. It’s the nature of the construction business and dealing with high maintenance clients. Do I wish Sean called back immediately? Sure. But, the guy is works all day, make calls at night, and has a family. Most people go home at 5, leave the work behind, and enjoy family life. Sole proprietor’s do not have that luxury.

I have to totally agree with Marco– this man is flaky at best. He promises to do everything and does not communicate or come through. Perhaps he does good work, but what use is it if there is no communication? He promises and does nothing. Find someone else that you can rely on. There are lots of good painters.

After working with several different people to do odd jobs around our house, I can say Sean is a pleasure to work with! He painted our kitchen, dining room, stairwell, and hallway. My husband and I weren’t in a hurry to have this job completed, so we were able to be flexible with Sean’s busy schedule. Once we were able to agree on timing, Sean was able to draft a detailed quote of his work. He provided very reasonable, fair prices. He and his assistant were puntual, dependable, and professional. I was shocked how quickly they worked and the paint job was perfect! He was trustworthy and provided everything (and more) that was listed on his quote. Sean clearly takes pride in his work! We will be hiring him again whenever we need a painter!

I do not think this writing will do any justice to the great job Sean did with painting the interior of my house. The job he did is one of those thing you must see in person. Anyway, he tore down the wall paper and repainted the walls in a hallway, and three interior rooms. He did a fantastic job, and we’ve already received multiple compliments on how well our walls look. His prices are very reasonable. We just had our hardwood floors redone, and the entire time he was very conscious to prevent any scratches of the floors. He also cleaned up his materials after each day, and put them all in the corner. In response to Marco, Sean was very responsive to all of my phone calls, and e-​mails, I think you must have the wrong number buddy. I will be calling Sean for any subsequent jobs I have.

I have to say… Sean is the best! Not just a stand up guy, but he truly delivers on service and quality. I was in a bind and needed to get my business open by a specific date (which was only a week away). I called Sean, explained my situation and he came out personally and finished the job himself, in time for me to open. I have used many contractors in the past and you really roll the dice with some of these guys, but I feel very confident in recommending Sean to anyone. He does great work! Thank you Sean!

Not sure what the greatest painter in the world does for you if you can’t get the guy to call you back or give you a quote.

I continue to enjoy working with Sean — he comes through for me every time.
