Gila Brownstein is a certified family and divorce mediator with over twenty years experience in NYS Family Court and Supreme Court, Matrimonial Parts. Gila has written several articles and a book on matrimonial issues for the legal profession.

Trained under Part 146 of the Rules of the Chief Administrative Judge of New York State, which establishes statewide qualifications and training requirements for mediators and neutral evaluators serving on court rosters.

Training and certification received at the New York Center for Interpersonal Development and the New York Peace Institute (formerly known as Safe Horizon)

As a divorce mediator, Ms. Brownstein, works with couples, helping them resolve all marital issues in a setting that allows for a smooth transition to post-​divorce life.
