I placed a large order from Juice Press at 12:18 today on Friday April 1st. I am sick and have to travel with work where there will be no access to pressed juice that I am relying on to get me healthy. The first post mate delivery person didn’t have correct access to the app and couldn’t deliver so he called and mumbled a lot and said sorry. We talked to someone at Seamless and they were confused as well, however canceled the first order and placed a second order to have someone pick it up. After waiting until 4:15 when there was still no order delivered, we called juice press to discover the second order that was placed was also canceled without our notice. I understand that simply because you are reading this it was not your fault. However, I am extremely pissed off because had someone done their job right I would have had more time to find an alternate solution. Instead, I have to leave for the airport and am not sure of the progress of getting healthier before presenting to 500 people in a few days without a voice and ill. I doubt I will order from here again after being a regular and spending a very large amount of money with them.

Got one of their berry smoothies, and was beyond pleased. The smoothies are a bit on the pricey side, but its worth it. I also love the environment, all the employees were very welcoming and it really made me want to come back. Over all great experience at this location.

I love Juice Press and was super happy to find out they have one near me in Brooklyn. Better to go in the morning when they are fully stocked, pickings are slim at the end of the day. That said: I really like the Matcha Green Latte, GLO, Lucky 7, OMMM! and all their ginger juices are a go to when I have a cold. I find the staff to be sweet and pretty helpful.

I LOVE that this JP opened up so close to where I work. I usually go weekday mornings for either a bottled juice, bottled cold brew coffee, or a quick meal to go. The service has always been friendly and the items there are consistently delicious. Yes it’s pricey but try making the same stuff at home with the same quality ingredients. You ain’t saving that much money for the trouble.

As friendly as the staff is here, this place NEVER has the air conditioning on! I love to get a juice after my run, but it is intolerable to wait in the sweltering heat.

I’m not the kind of asshole who spends the cost of a cheap dinner on a serving of «raw, cold pressed» juice. Yet, on a recent Saturday, I found myself in my local JP. Having been hit with a bout of gastritis, unable to eat whole foods without discomfort, this was my last resort for a complete, nutritious breakfast which would be easy to stomach. The lady at the counter was nice, and after I handed over my $ 13.07 for the liquid gold by the name of «Rainforest» in a plastic cup, I waited. I continued to wait, as yoga lady, model, probable wall street broker strolled in to order packaged food or a non blended drink. I waited a total of 13 minutes while my precious drink order got processed. There was no other superceding order. I sensed no urgency by the counter staff but I sat patiently waiting(It helped that the space is clean and pleasant) I have no idea why my rainforest inspired juice took almost 15 minutes to make. I enjoyed my rainforest drink, for what it was worth, and the ginger seemed to calm my stomach a bit. I likely won’t repeat the experience though, even if it is a stone’s throw from my apartment. Too time consuming and just too precious for me.

The Sunday Morning employees(8÷16÷15 at 10:49) of the Brooklyn Heights location are more concerned with their Instagram accounts than customer service or cleanliness. After realizing that they were not looking at an ingredient list, but at their Instagram feeds, I asked them to please not handle their phones with the same gloves they were handling food. The male employee kept putting his phone back and forth into his right pocket. Used his right hand. Never changed gloves and reached for food. When I asked him to change his gloves he responded«What?» followed by «This is my PERSONAL phone. I used my right hand and I am left handed.» I told him I saw him specifically touch food with his right hand. He used his phone with his right hand and put his phone back and forth into his right pocket. After giving me resistance to change his gloves he then turned to ignore me. The female coworker then said, «Just change your gloves.» He snorted and said«Whatever.» He reluctantly changed his gloves at this point. He then proceeded to make our drinks. When the drinks were done. I said Thank You. He didn’t make eye contact and didn’t say anything. The female coworker came up after and said thank you and you’re welcome. Our drinks were short poured by almost an inch. Both drinks were missing ingredients. My wife and I typically get the same drinks after our long runs, the Rainforest and the Fountain of Youth, and are familiar with how these drinks taste. I have brought friends to this location. I do not intend on doing that again. I also emailed the company prior to posting this review. I asked them to get back to me about my experience. There was no response after 1 week. At this point, I decided to post a negative review. 1 star for Bad Attitudes, Poor Hygiene, and under-poured product that was not consistent with other locations product.

I’m not sure what’s happening with these negative reviews for this new location, but I had a great time when I stopped into Juice Press and bought 10 juices on the opening day. The staff are friendly(they usually are at the various locations), and although items are pricey, you’re paying for high quality 100% organic, no HPP, no preservatives, and no added crap. It’s great that Brooklyn has another location besides Williamsburg.

I usually like Juice Press — it’s somewhat overpriced but undeniably healthy and delicious. But they should not have opened this location. They seem to be expanding too fast. They don’t have qualified staff. The service levels are approaching McDonalds. The main issue is the smoothies aren’t quite the same as at the location in downtown Manhattan. On Saturday, they literally closed the store in the middle of the day because they could not handle the«rush.» They said they needed to get set up. Wow. Maybe it will get better but it’s already been open one month+.
