History

Established in 2002.

Signs Shops signs were some of the first art produced in North American colonies. At a time when many people couldn’t read, shopkeepers and tradespeople used pictures and symbols to identify their businesses.

Today we have taken this idea to a new level incorporating Symbols and Logos into a large Advertising and Marketing organization. We have developed a set of processes for creating, delivering and communicating value to customers that benefits the organization. Marketing is the science of choosing target markets through market analysis and market segmentation, as well as understanding consumer behavior and providing superior customer value.

Our employees have a diverse background in Creative Art, Engineering, and Business Development.

OUR START

In the early 21 century, 25-year-old Sam left his home in Northern New England for the promise of New York City. He arrived with $ 5,000 and not a word of Spanish to his name.

The first years in the land of opportunity were hard. Sam labored in shops and printing camps while crossing the country to the west coast of California. One morning in 2006, he saw a newspaper headline: «New York Business Crashing with Wall Street»; he made the decision that day to leave back to the East Coast. The very next day he bought his ticket. With the hard labor and overabundance of eager workers, things were no easier there. Sam persevered and within two years saved $ 20,000.

Eager to invest his money. He reunited with his friends Allan and Benson, friends from his early days who owned a clothing shop in downtown Boston. In 2008 they opened Custom Creations, a small downtown sign shop and the humble beginning of what was to become 13th Ave Signs and Shirts
