The food was good. The dining room is a little small, but the bar makes up for it. I had the fried pickles and Chipotle Chicken. Both were amazing. There must have been six long pickles. I had the fried chicken sandwich which was good. Plenty of margaritas which the waiter brought me a round. Two big televisions in the dining area. They had music on which was different from what they were playing at the bar. You are able to order and eat at the bar. Parking wasn’t an issue really. It was a nice place to go and have a good meal. There is plenty of food and food choices.

The food here is excellent. We ordered takeout hot sandwiches and they were very reasonably priced and delicious. The second time we went there for cocktails and infer food. They make a great dirty martini and the capucinno was terrific. The place is spotlessly clean and they have a mixed crowd which is great.

Went to 3rd&7 last night for a burger as I have done a few times before. The burger prior to this night was good and cooked to the temperature asked for. As a well done burger person it is very important that a good burger person knows how to not press a burger into a hockey puck so the burger will be well done and juicy not dry and they have delivered. My burger arrived with red juices oozing onto the English muffin they serve it on, ut oh some things not right here. No problem I can do a medium well and just eat around the pink middle. A slice through the burger revealed a rare rare(moo) rare burger that then totally drenched the muffin in a flow of red yuck that some people like but not me. Still no problem shit happens. The bartender(ordered at the bar) asked how everything was. I told him the burger was rare and he nicely offered to return the burger to the kitchen which I declined for a couple of reasons.(I was just fine eating the salad ordered instead of fries as I told the bar tender) The first being that I do not return things to be returned to me to the kitchen in restaurants ever, I have my reasons. Secondly this burger that has now been removed from the cooking process and split for further internal inspection can not be saved and a new burger would have to replace it. I had no time for this process. Time to pay, «sorry I can not remove the burger from your tab(why since you never informed a manager of the problem with my food believe me I am paying attention) but I will buy you a drink to compensate you». End result it cost $ 25 for a side salad a pickle and 2 well drinks. I tipped the bar tender the full amount for the whole meal as I do not believe in chopping the messengers head off as payment for delivering bad news. I would have gladly paid for the salad and my own second drink and returned for another go but, Eek Methinks not. Way to much wrong on one visit for another go round here. I hear the place is for sale HHHHMMMM. Consensus request, Do you think it is possible that the server charged me the full price of the meal, gave me a free drink on the house(unbeknownst to management) then after my paying(cash) removed the cost of the meal from the check justifying the removal by showing my uneaten burger to management?

This bar is ok. Granted we stopped in on a Monday night so there was no music at all but football was on the few flatscreen televisions they have on the walls & above the bar. There were maybe 6 other people there so it was quiet & they were playing Jenga at a high top & drinking. At about 12:30 the bartender turned the lights on & made it incredibly known that it was time to go. It’s a neighborhood spot to go to when you’re in the area which I was & the Peroni on draught was pretty good but not as good as if it was served in the bottle which makes me wonder if they’ve ever cleaned the tap lines. I’m sure I’d find my way there again when I’m visiting my friend in that part of Brooklyn but it’s definitely not a spot to make it a point to make a special point to go to by any means.

Great service, great food. Went this afternoon to watch a soccer game. Not crowded at all. Lovely décor, and comfortable. Looks like a bar one would find in Park Slope but felt like your neighborhood bar. Plus the mimosas are the cheapest and one of the tastiest I’ve ever had. Since it is so affordable and a good and healthy twenty minute walk from home I definitely will be going back.

First off the service needs some improvement. Our waiter Sam never advised us of the specials of the night when he abruptly asked us if we were ready to order. The burgers we ordered were good but they forgot the«loaded fries» by the time they came we were finished eating. Another waitress did offer us dessert to make up for the mishap. We turned down the offer as we were full and took the fries to go. Let’s just say that we won’t be ordering the loaded fries again. When I looked and tasted them at home the taste was somewhat unloaded and at $ 10.00, fugetaboutit. The burgers were good though.

An above average bar in an above average neighborhood. Stopped in here for a Rangers game and I was pleasantly surprised to see how much blue had flooded the bar. The bartenders are great and attentive, you won’t be struggling to get in an order. As for the food, I didn’t order any but everything I saw looked like something I’d eat with my glass of Stella. If you’re looking to sit down and eat or relax, this place obviously isn’t for you. However, if you want to catch a game and have a great selection of beer it’s definitely worth a shot.

Nice to have a clean, new, inviting bar in the neighborhood to join friends or family for some drinks and catch a game or something. Their food used to be amazing but they changed cooks recently and the taste and quality took a turn for the worse. Staff are local people and tend to be friendly which is a plus. Everyone goes there, from in their 20s to 40s/50s. I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here but definitely is a good local option for when you want to get out of the house but don’t want to travel far.

Food is terrible! The bar itself isn’t too bad for a local spot but the service like the food needs to be fixed asap.

Friday night after a wicked week. Had the NY Strip Steak special. Tender, juicy and flavorful. Partner had the meatloaf. Both plates were clean at the end! Topped off with blueberry pie and cheesecake. Grand Marnier to polish it off and get ready to face 15 degree weather. So nice to have such a quality spot so close to home! This spot is simple, cozy and fantastic! Excellent comfort food.

While I enjoy supporting a neighborhood bar this one is sort of well you get the feeling if your not a familiar face your not going to get a smile or a friendly face. My 1st time there about a month ago I was excited to find a cool bar in my neighborhood that looks and feels clean. Last night my friend and I decided to stop by for food and drinks, place was full which is a good sign but it felt like everyone who was there where from the neighborhood family mafia or some sort nobody even cared or asked if we want to order and with no seats available we left. To the owners, I see some local bars struggling these days that is because of the nature of our neighborhood which is mostly Irish and Italian so a local joint becomes sorta the family hangout, eventually it might hurt you just like some of the other bars because it keeps the regular folks uncomfortable. My suggestion is add some more tables and chairs and be more welcoming to folks who aren’t from the family. Looking forward

I’ve been back a handful of times since my last review. Chicken Panini with red peppers and mozzarella is great, so is the Grilled Chicken Panini with avocado and cheese. Pulled pork is crazy good. Very saucy, but the pork was a nice mix of fatty and meaty. Sweet potato fries are also the best I’ve had.

I totally agree with randi. I was also a regular who used to go once a week if not more. They changed everything, and the food just isn’t the same anymore. I think they got a new chef. Either way, the past few times I’ve been there, it was terrible. Im done with this place. I’d go for drinks but not for food anymore. It’s a cool place to hang out and have a few drinks. Good prices and good atmosphere. I’ll give them that.

Great neighborhood bar. Very friendly staff. I started coming here in 2011… fell in love the first time i was there. Great atmosphere to watch a big sports game or even just regular season stuff — they have about 9 – 10 flat screens give or take. The food is amazing — i would recommend the burger sliders — best ive had, same goes for the wings — absolutely phenomenal The mac and cheese dinner(they have bites too, so when u order make sure it’s the dinner) — really good, and the chicken tenders. The prices aren’t outrageous either. Now onto the tap beer. They have a great selection… some i can name off top of my head — Guinness, Brooklyn Lager, Stella, Blue Moon, Harp, Newcastle Brown Ale, and all the basics(budweiser/miller) and im sure there’s a few i forgot. Point is, this is a great bar. It does get crowded on saturday nights — but still well worth it to stop by.

Used to be my favorite place. Went there at least once a week. Great bar food and prices. NOMORE — they changed the entire menu. Cut it in ½, raised the prices and eliminated all my favorite dishes. No Mac & Cheese, Mussels, no poppers, no small salads — forced to get an entrée size, no homemade pot pie, no filet of sole but you can get FRIED fish & chips. I heard other people come in and stated their disappointment as well when they asked for their favorite dish and was told — NOMORE. So I was forced to get a hamburger & fries. Hamburger was overcooked and dry, french fries which are still homemade BUT were hard and cold. why do people try to fix things that just aren’t broken. Good Luck 3rd&7 — I wont be back.

Been back twice in the last week and a half… steak last week and meatloaf special this week. Steak was good and meatloaf was out of this world. What’s special about meatloaf you ask? Next time there ask if it’s on the menu and try it for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.

Came here Saturday night with friends after dinner and the place was jam packed. We did get a bit annoyed with them, since there was an entire back room empty, that they insisted was closed. We only wanted to sit and have our drinks, but they kept kicking us out. There was barely any where to stand! We eventually took some seats and let the ladies do the shots at the bar. The bartenders were nice and accommodating to the ladies and they did have a good time. The place does have lots of TVs so its a great sports bar… only not on a Saturday night.
