99 Cent Store

Um, the 99 cents store has an ATM fee that is MORE than 99 cents. Came here for some cash and some gum. I don’t remember the price of the gum. It’s close to a bunch of restaurants and bars in the area if you need cash. Or gum.

This gem of a store is the answer to the Target at the Atlantic Terminal mall.
Sure, it’s not the nicest store, but they’ve got whatever I need at a cheap or reasonable price.
–wooden skewers for BBQ… check
–cheap fan for subway rides and hot days… check
–electric hand mixer… check
–wrapping paper… you bet
Better than fighting the crowds at Target, only to find that that thing you need is out of stock.

Pretty good selection of household goods, though they definitely stay true to the «& Up» part.
I bought a headphone extension cable, some brand name body wash, a shower hair catcher, and lots of other random things that it’d be more inconvenient to go to Target to buy. People at the register are always nice too!
