Based on my first experience with this car service I would NEVER recommend them or use them, but it could just be one bad driver. I got this service through my insurance. I wonder what their screening process is, if they have one. I will give them one more chance, but if the next driver is the same as the last, I will not hesitate to do more than give a&a car service a bad review. I can’t believe a driver would actually groom his nails while driving a passenger, or just driving period! He totally violated at least two of my passenger rights. Something must be done.

My elderly mother who has dementia has been using this driving company with her Home Health Attendants for a few months now and they always fail to be there on time leaving her outside in the cold waiting and waiting. Other times they don’t even show up nor call. I just called their company about five times today for a scheduled appointment they had reserved for today because again they did not show up, and the company did not even pick up the phone. Unbelieveable!

I tell them all the time how happy I am with their company. My mother and I have been using their services for about two years. The drivers are always very polite and well dressed. I see how attentive they are with my mother and it truly gives me a since of relieve. Thank you!
