Tiffany is an angel. I came here on the whim because it was in the neighborhood and I’m glad I did! The prices are a little bit cheaper than the city. I showed Tiffany what I wanted and she was super informative about it and did an amazing job! She even help me fix my hair when I felt that it looked a little off. I had a nice convo with her too! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

This place is awesome. I love the hip styles they do. Very spunky and friendly staff. I usually take my daughter here to get her trims, wash and blows and she has a lot of hair. I can’t count of them every time to get her tremendous hair to look gorgeous and manageable. Their prices are very reasonable. I haven’t gotten any coloring done, but my good friend gets her hair done by them and she always looks wonderful. She swears by them every time. She has medium to long hair and I can’t believe how much work they do for such a reasonable price. I am already due for a visit. I was happy to see them listed here for a review. They are great. Give them a try for sure, they will work with everything!

I have been getting my hair cut at A&T’s shop for about one year now. Every time I go I always leave feeling good with a fresh and clean cut. A&T stands for Andy and Tiffany; Andy does most of the barber work and Tiffany does women’s perms. They both are very friendly and courteous, and I would definitely recommend them if you need a quick cut or recolor, or perm! They are the best place to get a quality haircut in this area by far. Andy always remembers exactly how I want my hair cut and he does an excellent consistent cut every time. Try them out; you won’t be disappointed!

I have been going to this place for years. They are super friendly and professional. Andy is always consistent with his cuts. I also like that he will suggest the newest styles. Tiffany does a great job on the hair coloring and perms. I personally have not done any coloring but I always see her with a lot of customers. Definitely recommend this place.

So I am fairly new to Brooklyn (only going on a year in Dec) and have been looking for a place to become a regular. I am very picky with who colors, cuts and style my hair. After months searching and weeks searching on Unilocal,I came across A&T Hair Designer Inc. Absolutely love it. Both Tiffany and Andy are amazing stylists and soooo friendly. Nothing but smiles. The salon is small and cozy! Cute spot! Tiffany did my hair and I couldn’t be any more happier! Through our diverse conversation haha she asked me about my hair, what I normally do and expressed what she could tell about how my hair is. She gave me great tips! Finally my search has ended! Thank you soooo much Tiffany!!!

I’ve been coming to their shop for about 5 years and i have never been dissapointed. Before then, i have gone and tried many other places and was dissapointed. Andy and Tiffany always delivers and always gives helpful hint.

I have been a loyal customer of Andy ever prior to their former location at 70^th Street. They have never ever disappoint. They are very attentive, skillful and will tell you nicely if, in their professional experience, don’t think certain hair style would look good on you. When their lease expired, I had to tried other barber /​hair dresser — none of them in the area compares to what Andy and Tiffany can do. I am so happy that they finally reopen. Prices are reasonable as well… They have my highest recommendation !

Tiffany and Andy are not only wonderful hair Designers but are wonderful people.
From the moment you enter their shoppe you feel right at home. Be warned that the shoppe is very small, but the individual attention you receive will more then make up for its size. My daughters like to wait in the Coffee shoppe across the street till their turn in the chair (they text you on the cell)
Tiffany is my barber and I have a very old style haircut that a lot of places could not maintain for me. Tiffany has and still does pay very close attention to my sideburns, part and (sad for me) my new little bald spot coming in the back of my head.
Tiffany recommend several new shampoos and hair products (that she does not sell but told me where to get them) and changed how she trims the back to compensate for it. The prices are very low for what I receive including the ultimate shampoo that I think we all look forward to. I would recommend Tiffany and Andy to anyone for their skill and warmth.
