Highly recommend! I had a software issue with my laptop that made my laptop slow and at times unresponsive and took it too the Maiden Lane office. Babar diagnosed on the spot (he doesn’t charge to diagnose the machine like other places I went!) and explained what the problem was (in a simple way I could understand) and told me how to download a fix for myself for free! I was pleasantly surprised that he didn’t try to try to push an expensive fix on me and wasn’t even going to charge me for looking at the machine! I did end up leaving the laptop with him to tweak the operating system and run a spyware/​virus check (things I couldn’t do myself) and had it back in under 30 mins… best $ 20 bucks I ever spent! I will definitely bring all my future PC and Mac software/​hardware issues to Access Computers.

My laptop crashed so I went out and bought a new one, installed iTunes and updated my iPhone’s OS — I lost all my music from the update. I called Babar from Access and he was at my house the next day. He fully restored my old laptop and moved all my songs/​files to my new one. He was very professional and explained what caused my laptop to crash. I signed up for Unilocal just to write this review. You can’t beat the flat rate of $ 70 for a house call! Highly recommended!
