Action Carpet Cleaning

I got the antique white couch for free and loved it instantly, even-​though it was so dirty I wanted to vomit. I knew I needed guys to clean it professionally in order to bring it back to life. Not only did I find them, but they were incredibly affordable, fast, on time, friendly, and took pride in their work. Don’t look further if you need anything cleaned.

The job Scott and his associate did on the carpet in our house was nothing short of amazing! We have off white wall to wall carpet that was deeply stained and dirty beyond description. When Scott finished, it looked almost as good as the day the carpet was purchased and installed. There is no better company out there and his rates are reasonable too. To top it off, they work on Saturday and Sunday! I can’t say enough about Action Carpet Cleaning and we will be long time customers for sure! They will be coming back in a couple of weeks to clean the upholstery on our sofa as well as the rest of the carpet in other parts of the house. BRAVO!!! A+++++++++
Run, don’t walk to Action Carpet Cleaning!

We bought two plush upholstered chairs from neighbors moving out. Nice chairs, but 10 years old and very dingy plus stained armrests. So we needed cleaners. We found Action Carpet Cleaning on Craigslist. We called and they were able to come later that day (a Sunday). We called a few other cleaners and only got voice mails. We ended up scheduling for 6pm. They called around 5pm to let us know that the job they were on was running late. They offered to show up at 7pm-7:30pm or reschedule for a different day. We went with 7pm-7:30pm. Good of them for calling us and offering to reschedule instead of just showing up late. They arrived at 7:20pm. They brought a Galaxy 2000, which looks like a little Zamboni. Pretty awesome gadget. Anyway, the two of them went to work for ~90mins. Pretty good form: laid down garbage bags to protect the floor, wiped the floor down with a mop, dumped dirty water in toilet (not the tub), and we think very thorough cleaning on the chairs. The chairs seem pretty clean now. Not perfect, but probably file perfection under ‘not meant to be’. They were quite friendly throughout, very nice people. They charged $ 80, exactly what they said over the phone. Seems good. We are not cleaning experts, but we’re happy with this experience.

These guys quoted a price, showed up when they said they would, and did a fantastic job for the price they quoted over the phone. (This is important because some carpet cleaning companies quote a price, then arrive and tell you it takes ‘extra’ cleaning for more money than quoted.)

They came out the very same day and did an amazing job at breathing new life into my dirty old sectional. My furniture looks new, smells new, and I was able to get it cleaned at a very reasonable price. Scott and his assistant are extremely friendly, polite, and professional. I absolutely recommend this company for carpet and upholstery cleaning.
