Always very happy Eddie — he is cutting, triming layering my long hair for 7 years … I dont trust anybody else with my hair :))))) ! Always always always … happy with my hair cut ! … Just PERFECT !

Love love love this place!!! They do amazing work! If anyone knows how to do hair, they do! My stylist Tony was amazing. It’s a nice atmosphere, nice people, great priced. For my hair cut and a blow dry I paid $ 45 and I gave a $ 15 tip. So worth it. If you ever make an appointment, do ask for Tony, he makes beautiful updos, and great haircuts! You would not want to go any where else! Their work speaks for itself.

If I could i would give 0 stars! I had waist length hair. I came in and asked to have it trimmed. Eddie came up to me, took a good chunk of my hair and ripped it in half. He explained that he wanted to show me that my hair was too thin. Well, no *** Sherlock I have fine hair. I should have ran for the hill when this was done to me. I was brought to the chair and Eddie told me to wait (he had two other clients that he was working on) another red flag. Finally he came up
To me and asked me if I wanted to cut my hair short. I told him that I have never had short hair, and that I didn’t know if I’d look good. He said don’t worry, and made a cut. I couldn’t believe it!!! He cut my hair off chin length!!! I started to cry… Not only did the new hair cut not suit my face, but it was also a horrible bad work! I will post pics! By the way Eddie dared to charge me 260 $ for that. What a crook!!!

First, I want to say that I never actually got anything done at this salon, HOWEVER, I felt that their stupidity needed to be shared with the world. I called to find out information about getting my make up done for my wedding. I asked how much make up was, and she told me the price. When I asked how much bridal make up was, she told me a different price, about $ 60 more. When I asked what the difference is between Bridal make up and regular, she said and I quote «there is no difference, just for a bride that’s how much we charge.» I mean, come on.

I came here to do my hair and makeup for my wedding. They’re very nice and quick. I went to mustafa for hair and Boris for makeup.
They’re both super friendly and funny. The morning of my wedding I was trying to remain calm and they both were so nice and great personalities they had me laughing and joking all morning.
I forgot my veil at home but he taught exactly were to put it and it worked
Boris is hilarious !!! He’s would stop by and see how I’m doing and say with me to chat about my look since I didn’t do trial — dumb of me.
Everything lasted all night !
The hair washing girl was super nice also, some of their other stylist are or seemed Cat-​y like super diva.
But eh I had a great experience with whom ever I did business with.
Bridal tip though never skimp on trials lol !

I went to some blonde lady and she is HORRIBLE. I showed her a picture of how I wanted to cut my hair (
) but i wanted the hair to be a little past my collar bone with layers in the front and side bangs. She proceeded to cut the hair and made it look like a CHOPPY MESS. IT LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE CUT IT BLINDFOLDED. She made it short in the back longer in the front which she said she would only make it shoter by a centimeter (false) and gave me sidebangs and choppy layers all around starting from my eyebrow level. IT LOOKS LIKE A MUSHROOM HAIRCUT ON THE TOP WITH A FEW STRIGHT PIECES THAT BARELY REACH MY SHOULDERS. Never going back there again. Now in search of hair remedies and things to get my hair to grow back A GOOD 5 INCHES.

I give 4 stars only because if you don’t go to mustafa specifically you will be in trouble. He’s the only one who has the right experience needed in this industry. I go to him all the time for cuts and colors. My first choice always hands down.

I moved from the California Bay Area over two years ago and I had yet to find a half decent place to get a haircut. I friend recommended Mustafa at Adam’s Hair Salon. I was glad I took her advice and went. My hair cut was great and the blow out was even better. I wish I knew how great my hair would look after my cut, I would have planned a hot date with my hubby.

The last time I asked someone «who cuts your hair??» it ended up being Madonna’s hairstylist. And even if he hadn’t been on tour with her, I wouldn’t have been able to afford it for $ 300. So I was really happy when the next person I asked referred me to Mustafa at Adam’s Beauty Center in… Brooklyn I guess? It’s a pretty straightforward place, and I was in and out in probably exactly 45 minutes. And I LOVE MY HAIR!!! I don’t know if Mustafa’s specialty is long straight hair (that’s what I have and that’s what the girl who referred me to him has), but I am just so happy to have found someone who really knows what they are doing and appreciates a healthy, classic (but not totally boring) cut. Am so surprised that this place does not have more positive reviews, or more reviews for that matter.

This place is great… but you gotta know who to go to! Mustafa cuts hair excellent. He’ll give you what you want pays attn and asks questions to make sure you get what you ask for. I did a cut with someone else who didn’t speak English because mustafa was on vacation and it wasn’t that great. He confirmed this once I went back and was like who the heck cut your hair it’s horrid. LoL go to mustafa for a cut… you’ll love it. As for coloring I don’t recommend this place, the product burned my scalp and severely damaged my hair drying it out so badly I thought it was gonna break off. Excellent for cuts only with mustafa and not a good place to dye your hair. Good luck :)
