Terrible customer service. Didn’t show up. Don’t answer telephone. NEVER USE!

Jesus and Alonso delivered my large item perfectly. He (Jesus?) called me with plenty of warning starting a day or two prior. And then again early that day. It allowed me to ensure someone was there to receive it with no problem. They were courteous and encouraged me to inspect the item prior to their departure, which I appreciate. My experience with them was excellent.

Window of delivery was 4 hours and without notice and 20mins of being on hold my appliance was several hours late. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The delivery was prompt and the drivers were very courteous. They gave afoul hour window two days prior. Called while on way. And arrived exactly on time.

Junior and Patrick were friendly, on time, and knew exactly what they were doing. Our new convertible sofa didn’t disassemble, so it was very heavy and they managed it with ease. They also helped us rearrange the existing furniture to make room for the new piece.

Absolutely the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had and I’ve used many…
They are impossible to reach on the phone or by email until they need to reach you, at which point they call multiple times. I was at a conference and they called 20 times in the span of an hour, leaving 6 voicemails. In my opinion, that borderlines harassment — who calls that many times?
The drivers have been nice enough but the office staff is rude, aggressive and totally unhelpful. AVOID at all costs.

I ordered a sectional couch and a mattress with box spring for my mother’s new apartment, and the delivery service was terrific. I knew that the sectional would not fit in the elevator and explained this to the delivery men, without any hesitation they told me they would walk it up to the 4^th floor. The opened up all the packaging so that I can carefully inspect everything. What a great delivery service it was a true pleasurable experience. They also removed all the packaging with them

Had a beautiful new LG dishwasher sent from AJ Madison via AM Home Delivery. We were to pay extra for AM Home Delivery to install the product. They actually called beforehand and came right on schedule. Unfortunately they had approximately 30 more deliveries to make that day and the «installer» came without a screwdriver. We had one and were able to remove a small plastic cover that led to a hose. But then the installer didn’t have the right valve fix for us. We were replacing an older model dishwasher and the hose was a different size. Well gee, what a surprise. Most of us aren’t replacing brand new dishwashers. Why wouldn’t you come with a few options. When I called my local plumber he stopped at the store and picked up a few sizes so he would be ready to go when he arrived. Lucky for me, it was only a couple of hours later. What a professional difference!

The most useless trucking company I have ever had the displeasure of using. They delivered my washer/​dryer to California from Appliance Connection of New York. They were supposed to deliver and install all my new appliances.
Instead, to make a long story short they came on 5 different occasions because they forgot to bring all my appliances (1x), forgot to bring correct tools (2x) or did not know why they came (!!!) (2x). I waited almost a month to install my appliances while they were sitting outside on my porch. In the end, I had to hire someone else to install my appliances and received a partial refund.
All these idiots should be fired. I think a bunch of baboons manage this place… wait…sorry, that is a slight on baboons.

Aweful, aweful, awful. This is the email I sent today after our second delivery with them went to hell.
VERY disappointed in the delivery of this product. At first we were excited as we were notified it was going to be to us a week earlier than it said on the delivery companies website. The day comes and the driver calls us at 11:30am to say he will be there in 30 minutes. At 1245 I call him to see where he is. He tells me he got «held up» and will be there in 15 minutes. He finally appears at 130. Then there is only ONE person to deliver this almost 600 pound, 48″ refrigerator. My husband manages to help it get it as far as our garage and the guy says he will have the delivery company call us to move it in the house on Saturday. The lady calls me and I tell her that we need FOUR men to come to bring it in the house. The box itself says FOUR MEN to move it. I was clearly ignored because on Saturday 2 men showed up and it took an hour to move the refrigerator from our garage to the kitchen. AND my husband had to help them AGAIN. Plus, once again, they called and said they would be there in 30 minutes and they didn’t show up for an hour. VERY VERY bad service.

They delivered a vanity to us in Minnesota which we purchased from a business in N.Y.. The driver called ahead of time, came when expected, was polite helpful and courteous. The item had no damage. The delivery went off perfectly. I highly recommend this Company

These people are crooks and have horrible customer service. I’m not sure if it is that they don’t hire enough people and don’t know how to schedule correctly or if simply they are crooks and steal stuff from customers but I purchased something from Appliances Connection which was my first mistake. Apparently Appliances Connection uses this horrible company to «deliver» items to homes but the first stove they sent to me was «lost» and now I have no idea where the replacement is nor can I get an answer or call back from anyone. These guys are crooks and should never be trusted. DO NOT HIRE THEM FOR ANYTHING OR USE ANY SERVICE THAT USES THEM AS THE DELIVERY SUCH AS APPLIANCES CONNECTION.

Just delivered my new Dacor double ovens ordered from AJ Madison. They gave me a time frame of 3 pm-​8 pm. The dudes called @ 8 pm to tell us they were going to be late & will show up around 9:30−10pm…showed up at 9:30 pm. Yay! Let us slowly examine the ovens. Found no dents or scratches… Yay! Our experience was fine with them. California must have better service than other states using the same company.
From order to delivery=10 days! Great transactions! No problems!

Considering I’ve been waiting for my delivery for 3 weeks I’d give them 0 stars but Unilocal won’t allow me to give no stars. Starting to wonder if it was lost or damaged.
My purchase was thru Jet; never ever buy from Jet!
They told me they are not allowed to contact the company and get a follow up on my item.
I don’t know which company is worse but I do know both SUCK.
Is it possible to do a class action lawsuit against this company?

We recently purchased a refrigerator from an online retailer and our product was delivered by AM Home delivery. This is absolutely the WORST delivery service I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
If you are in need of a home delivery service I recommend you keep looking. Avoid AM Home Delivery at all cost.

I have purchased many appliances from AJ Madison over the years and my experience with this shipping company will make me never buy from them again.
I have been waiting for 6 weeks for delivery of a dishwasher. To be fair, I travel a lot and my schedule can be erratic. That said, they never made a single delivery appointment they scheduled. They also tried to delvier with no notice to me whatsoever. And when I was out of town, they became surly.
When I have tried to call them, repeatedly, their voicemailbox is full, or I get put in an answer queue that appears to be a black hole. I have sat as the «You are #1 in the queue and will be speaking to the next available…» for more than 20 minutes!
OK so to summarize:
–they have surly employees in the front office & customer support
–they don’t deliver as agreed
–they try to deliver with no prior warning at apparently random times
–they do not answer calls and have full voicemail boxes
–they do not return calls or emails
I’m sorry… what business are these people in?

I want to type out the paragraphs of frustration, lies, anger and worn out emotions of dealing with this company, but I’m trying to forgive them and not go down a dark path.
I’ll just share a few facts.
They literally skipped the 1^st delivery date, no call, no show, no furniture, no nada. Then they lied about it, and then said they could not deliver after 5pm (even though the 1^st scheduled attempt was for 4−8pm…). Then they said they cannot schedule their own deliveries… probably b/​c they have to use Enterprise Rent-​A-​Truck. This company, especially the female in the Texas warehouse, are embarrassing to say the nicest compliment I could think of. I hope you don’t get stuck with them as we regrettably did.

This is by far the worst delivery company I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered a dresser online and we are in Chicago, it shipped from Brooklyn. Let’s run through how this all worked out:
–Got tracking number with vague tracking details, told it would arrive at the local depot in 3 – 7 business days. Ok, I can take some early ambiguity.
–Called me less than 24 hours before to say it would be delivered next day, a Wednesday, between 10 am and 2 pm.
–Instructed that I must be home for this delivery
–They were late, and I had to go to work (so strange in the middle of the day!)
–I called three separate times and spoke to three different people. Every one said they’d call me back with details and I still haven’t heard anything.
–It’s a Friday, and I am told they do deliveries in my area (downtown Chicago, so you know, not that well traveled) on Wednesdays, and that they will «probably» deliver it next Wednesday but it’s «too early» to know for sure.
They were woefully unresponsive through any means and we are still waiting on the dresser. If I could give them a negative rating I would, they have been completely unhelpful.

Finally received my item after intervention by the vendor and a manager. They missed their expected due date and attempted to delay by another week.
Drivers were friendly and efficient. Home office was disorganized and rude on the phone. Be prepared for early deliveries! Mine was at 5:20 AM.

UGH.
There are so many problems with this company, it’s not even funny. Besides taking the longest time to get a couch from NY to TX, this company had the audacity to schedule a delivery, miss it, not call me, and then finally tell me that they didn’t have the couch in the first place when I called them. UHHH, WHAT? You don’t have my couch? B.S. Why did you schedule a delivery then? WHAT THE GOD DAMN SHIT. When I finally got my delivery, the boxes were all beat up. Thankfully, the stuff inside was still fine. But so help me god, I will avoid shopping anywhere that uses this company like the plague.
