What a great experience! I found the this kick ass spot (literally) on Groupon. Nothing more fun to mix up your workout by trying something new! My Groupon deal was $ 15 for 5 drop in classes. I arrived 10 minutes early to register. Was greeted by the front desk lady. I believe her name was Ms. Monte. Very nice and friendly. She was smiling and happy to here there. Even at 7pm at night she was very cheerful! She set me up and I was good to go. I was escorted by our kick box instructor Chief. What a great guy. I has a great spirit. We started a nice warm up before the kick ass session! We learned the basics and did some nice combos. Not going to give away too much but I strongly recommaded come down to this hot spot for a fun workout or self defense session.

I almost got hit by one of their vans. I would NEVER allow anyone I loved to accept a ride from any of their drivers. Never put your loved one in their care! at about 2:45PM on 9÷10÷2015 a van with the license plate GVK 6869 blew through the redlight on the corner of 92nd and Avenue D in Brooklyn and was obviously speeding. About 10 minutes later I witnessed the same van speeding and swerved into oncoming traffic to pass another vehicle. I was luckily able to take a cell phone photo of the ad on the back of the grey van that said, «The Brooklyn House of Champions» with their address, phone number and advertisements to transport your child with a pair of balls hanging from the back of the van.
