Tried it one more time and it still sucks. This owner tries to nickel and dime you every time the machine malfunctions. At least own up and say sorry and reimburse a customer for $ 0.25. I firgured I would give it another shot since close by, but nevertheless this old Italian dude is a jerk and cheap bastard. — Go down the block to the chinease laundry place, — better service.

Don’t waste your time and money. Take your business somewhere else. I was a customer for about 6 months until they ruined 2 shirts during regular clean up. I was willing to settle it by getting a credit from the place but the owner started screaming at me, became rude and had a «thug» attitude. I felt bad for 70+ y o who still acts that way and decided to leave without reimbursement. Avoid this place by all means!

I recommend this place wholeheartedly for tricky cleaning & repair involving leather. I brought them a suede jacket that was a gift and of some sentimental value. A front pocket had ripped and given the placement there was no way the stitches wouldn’t show. They did an inconspicuous yet strong repair job. Also, they told me they will clean a leather jacket for $ 29 — I’ve paid as much as $ 50. NB: THEPHONE # ABOVEISWRONG. They are not out of business, at least as of a few days ago. Also, I agree w/one of the other reviewers: they are neighborhood people, big time. You know you’re dealing w/«neighborhood people» when they only need 7 digits of your phone # — 718 is assumed.

Ever since using this place, I’ve forgotten about all the old places I used to go. Laundry and Dry Cleaning, plus tailoring and fixing leather as well. The owners and staff are exceptionally polite and very neighborhood friendly people. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. I have never had a single complaint about them, and they are always on time. The prices are pretty good as well. Helps that I live a block away as they don’t really have a delivery service, but it’s worth the trip.

I was really nervous about taking my laundry to a new place, after all, I was used to the laundromat near my old apartment. However, I was thoroughly surprised by the service. Not only do they do laundry, but they also dry clean and fix clothes. For the prices they charge, its not bad. The only thing that I was take aback momentarily is that their drop-off service is overnight, not during the day. Other than that, they will continue to have my business.
