DON’T TOUCH! I came in for hotspot and after long inqueries the lady told me that I can add $ 20 to our existing plan and get 3G for month with roll-over option. So I desided to spend some of my working time and get it because I need it. They(the young sales lady and 2 supervisors or whoever they are) made me to stand(mind, no chairs for customers) about half an hour, double checked my ID, called the account holder for her last 4 of SS number and when I thought that I was finaly done the lady announced that I will actually pay $ 40 instead of $ 20 per month and that she made a mistake. Just like that, no apologies, no attempt to compensate us for a wasted time. All three of them just watched as I was leaving and never turned back. BEWARE!

Came in to get a hot spot. They told me device is available(in-stock) after I clarified 2 – 3 times; got my EIN and CC number/address. When it came to finalize, behold not the same device. Tried to tell me ‘it’s not a big deal’. No thanks. Left. Today AT&T called me because I’m past due on an invoice. Yeah OKAY. Cancelled and filled complaint. Will also follow up with American Express. Fraud is not a joke. Don’t give out your private information to this location. As a side note, the staff was stupid, uneducated and slow. Took them 30 minutes to print out business paperwork, absolutely no knowledge on the product and attempted to switch & bait. Go to T-Mobile on the corner. Took them 10 minutes and I was on my way.
