Dispatcher is very rude, disrespectful.
Nasty attitude. A person who can’t even speak English and probably suck at Spanish!
Who ever was the dispatcher on 1÷28÷2016
At 7:53 AM is this person. Need not to be working there. Please go to the supermarket and Find a box boy job!
I asked for a cab and hung up the phone on me complaining «I’m to busy «I’m to busy»
Ok butt face if your to busy, please tell the BOSS OF ATLANTIC CAR SERVICE TO FIRE YOU AND GET A REPLACEMENT BECAUSE YOU CANT HANDLE A SIMPLE DESK JOB !

The very nice owner further convinced me that the semi-​bandit driver was not even a real one dispatched from his headquarters. It’s too complicated to explain, but Atlantic Car service is trustworthy and I will use them with pleasure next time I visit Brooklyn. He spent so much time and was so nice researching my issue. I may turn it all into a novel.

Always timely service… In late modern vehicles most of the time. I really enjoy the text notification service they have. Sometimes you can’t hear a taxi honking outside or sometimes they don’t! So having a notification is awesome!

(I Googled this agency as they were in the zip code I was in. The regular car service I use had no vehicles available for the time I required).
Customer service is the heart of every company.
The representative (s) on the phone should be more professional when they answer, as well as not assume that all callers speak their language. Their introduction was poor and forceful. I also had to repeat myself twice and then my friend had to intervene to speak their language to get the representative to understand me. The only reason why I used this service is because I wanted my mother to get home in a vehicle rather than use the MTA. I also had to tell them the set price from location to location. (They tried to charge me more than the distance permits).
The cab driver did not help my mother in the car. He sat in the car and drank his water while he was waiting for my mother to enter the vehicle. I found this disturbing, because I feel assistance should have been made, as she was walking with a cane. Shouldn’t cab drivers observe the person entering their vehicle? Anyone reading this may say this is a «cheap car service» agency, but customer service is CUSTOMER SERVICE.
My mother did get home safely and I am thankful for that. However, I feel improvement needs to be made; especially having money to give the customer back their change. The driver had to go to a store to give my mother her change back.
As this is my first time using this service and I am the first person reviewing this company on Unilocal,I will be lenient with my numeric selection of the review. 3 *‘s
